This Privacy Policy explains how Power Is Personal LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with TMIS.

Information we may collect

Depending on the features used, TMIS may collect account information, contact information, mileage records, expense records, tax activity labels, reminder preferences, device and usage information, and communications sent to us.

Sensitive tax documents

TMIS does not currently ask users to upload or store W-2 or 1099 documents. When TMIS provides a link to a third-party payroll, marketplace, financial, or government website, the user interacts directly with that provider. TMIS does not request or store the user's password for that provider.

How information may be used

We may use information to provide and improve TMIS, authenticate users, organize records, generate reports, deliver requested reminders, respond to support requests, protect the service, and comply with applicable law.

SMS information

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only to provide messages a user has requested or permitted. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be sold.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, email, and SMS delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to their applicable agreements and privacy obligations.

Data choices

Users may update account information and reminder preferences within TMIS. Users may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP or disabling SMS reminders in account settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type.

Children

TMIS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
