Information and calculations provided through TMIS are for organizational and general informational purposes. Users are responsible for confirming tax treatment, eligibility, deductions, filing obligations, and legal requirements with qualified professionals or official authorities.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information, protecting account credentials, using the service lawfully, reviewing reports before relying on them, and keeping independent copies of records needed for tax or business purposes.

Third-party services

TMIS may link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices.

Accounts and access

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, TMIS, or others; address misuse; comply with law; or enforce these Terms.

Features may change over time. We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any commitments made in a paid plan.

TMIS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every tax situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Power Is Personal LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made solely in reliance on TMIS outputs.
